Recent completion of a 5 month course on Nature-Based Practice
Over the last 6 years I have continued to study and develop further. Focuses have included nature connection, forest skills, eco-psychology, embodiment, resilience, mental health and neuroscience to enable me to work with individuals and groups of all ages.
Several Hampshire Forest School half day meetings with fellow practioners. Activities have included campfire cooking, wood carving, Willow weaving, mindful activities and general skill sharing.
