‍ ‍Together with the wood itself I offer you a chance to retreat from everyday life, and join likeminded women to find a moment for peace, connection and relaxation amongst the trees.  There is so much scientific research that proves being outside is essential for our wellbeing, and yet, despite robust evidence that nature is a crucial ingredient for a life well lived, so many of us still struggle to prioritise it amongst the busyness of everyday life.  

Time spent outdoors, particularly amongst nature improves our physical and mental health, benefits our relationships, makes us more resilient, heck, it even increases our chances of living longer.  These sessions are designed to allow you time to rediscover the simplicity of nature, the outdoors and time away from ‘life’ and ‘routine’ - a space to support your wellbeing.
